For some, a focused 30-minute reading is enough to explore one or two pressing concerns. Others choose 45 minutes to receive a wider spread and still have space to sit with deeper questions. A full 60-minute session allows an unhurried journey: a broad look at your life, then a gentle deep dive where you can ask follow-up questions and breathe.
